Duly filled and signed admission application form.
Birth Certificate
Copy of the child's birth certificate for age verification. Original may be required for verification.
Child's Photographs
2 recent passport-size photographs of the child.
Parents' Photographs
2 recent passport-size photographs of each parent/guardian.
Child's Aadhaar Card
Copy of child's Aadhaar card (if available). Original may be required for verification.
Parent's Aadhaar Card
Copy of parent/guardian's Aadhaar card. Original may be required for verification.
Address Proof
Valid address proof document for verification.
Vaccination Record
Updated immunization/vaccination record showing all mandatory vaccinations.
Transfer Certificate
Required only if the child is changing from another school.
